Hacienda La Romana is 444 Hectares plus 9.414 Square Meters. The farm is located only 2 miles from the main road that connects the center of the country with the north coast (Transversal del Caribe) between the the municipalities of Caucasia and Planeta Rica, two well known livestock business centers. The Farm has been owned by the same family for almost 30 years. The land is considered excellent for cattle raising. The infrastructure has been implemented over the years so the farm has everything that is needed to run the cattle business: Cattle pens, housing for owner and butlers, dams and creeks, salt feeders, entrance road, bridges, etc. The farm can sustain up to 1.200 animals (cattle) at a time.
